- Prepare dough by letting store-bought pizza dough reach room temperature for about 30 minutes. Roll it out if using homemade dough.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, cooked meats, fresh spinach, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Roll out the prepared dough again to ensure even thickness, about 1/4 inch thick.
- Cut the rolled-out dough into circles, each 6-8 inches in diameter.
- Fill half of each dough circle with a generous spoonful of the filling, leaving a 1/2 inch border.
- Fold the dough over the filling, pinching the edges to seal securely.
