  1. Begin by patting the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel to remove any excess moisture. Let them reach room temperature for even cooking.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, onion powder, and cayenne. Rub this mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.
  3. Drizzle fresh lemon juice over the salmon and let it sit for a few minutes to absorb the flavor.
