  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Low Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Ginger Grated.
  • 1/4 cup Ketchup
  • 1/4 cup Pineapple Juice Especially if using canned pineapple.
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha Sauce Adjust for spice preference.
For Assembly
  • 20 pieces Toothpicks

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a foil-lined baking sheet.
  2. Cut bacon strips in half and arrange on the baking sheet. Bake for 3 minutes, flip, and bake for another 3 minutes.
  3. Wrap a chunk of pineapple with bacon and secure with a toothpick. Place on the baking sheet.
  4. In a saucepan, combine honey, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, ginger, ketchup, pineapple juice, and sriracha. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Bake the wrapped pineapple for 20 minutes, then baste with the glaze and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  6. Let cool briefly and serve warm with any leftover glaze.
