Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

- Place the salmon fillet skin-side down on a baking tray. Season with salt and pepper.

- Cover the salmon with parchment paper and bake for about 10 minutes.

- In a small saucepan, combine vegetable oil, minced garlic, sriracha, soy sauce, honey, and rice vinegar. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 8-10 minutes.

- Remove the salmon, discard the top parchment, and glaze the salmon with the honey sriracha mixture.

- Return the glazed salmon to the oven and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes.

- Garnish with sesame seeds and cilantro leaves before serving.
