- In a medium bowl, combine shredded chicken with your favorite BBQ sauce, mixing well until fully coated. Let sit for 5 minutes.
- In another bowl, mix coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper until combined. Alternatively, fold in cilantro and green onions.
- Lay a tortilla flat, spoon BBQ chicken mixture and coleslaw into the center. Fold the sides inward and roll tightly.
- Cut each wrap in half diagonally with a sharp knife. Serve immediately for best texture.
