Method
 

Cooking and Preparation
  1. In a large skillet, heat over medium-high heat and add ground beef. Cook for about 7-10 minutes until browned.
  2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add rotini pasta and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta, ground beef, cheddar cheese, tomatoes, pickles, and red onions. Toss gently.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet relish, mustard, vinegar, paprika, and onion powder until smooth.
  5. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and fold everything together, adjusting seasoning as needed.
  6. When ready to serve, top with shredded lettuce and additional cheese if desired.
