Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Begin by lifting the salmon fillets from the packaging and pat them dry using paper towels.
  2. Rub each fillet with olive oil and generously coat with Cajun seasoning, adding salt if desired. Let sit for a few minutes.
  3. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat for about 2-3 minutes until hot. Place the salmon fillets skin-side up and sear for about 3 minutes.
  4. Gently flip the fillets to their skin side, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
  5. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat, about 1-2 minutes. Add honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic, stirring well.
  6. Allow the mixture to simmer for an additional 2 minutes.
  7. Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in fresh lemon juice. Pour the mixture over the salmon in the skillet.
  8. Spoon the sauce over the salmon fillets continually for another 3-5 minutes until the salmon reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
  9. Garnish with chopped parsley, black sesame seeds, and serve with lemon wedges.
