Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Slice the cucumbers finely using a mandolin or sharp knife to achieve thin strips, about 1/8-inch thickness.
  2. Add the chopped imitation crab and sliced green onions to the cucumber bowl. Drizzle in the soy sauce and spicy mayo. Season with kosher salt and pepper, then gently combine with a spoon.
  3. Secure the lid tightly on the bowl and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds to mix thoroughly.
  4. Taste the salad and adjust seasoning as necessary by adding more soy sauce or spicy mayo.
