  3. Pour the honey mixture into the bowl of dry ingredients. Stir until a shaggy dough forms.
  4. Add softened butter and mix until fully incorporated. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 8-10 minutes.
  5. Place the kneaded dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise for 1-2 hours.
  6. Gently deflate the dough, divide it into four pieces, and shape each into a loaf.
  7. Cover the shaped loaves and let them rise for about 40 minutes.
  8. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the loaves for 30-35 minutes.
  9. Remove the loaves from the oven and let them cool on a wire rack for about 15 minutes before slicing.
