Step-by-Step Instructions
- Gather your popsicle molds and set them aside for later use. Chill a large mixing bowl in the fridge for at least 10 minutes.
- If you're using frozen cherries, make sure they are completely thawed. Place the thawed cherries in a bowl for about 10 minutes.
- In your blender, combine the thawed cherries with 1/4 cup of coconut water or filtered water. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Use the chilled bowl to add the raw cream, organic vanilla extract, and raw honey. Whisk for about 2-3 minutes until light and fluffy.
- Layer the whipped cream and cherry mixture into the popsicle molds.
- Place the filled molds in the freezer and allow them to freeze for at least 6-8 hours, ideally overnight.
- When ready, run the molds under warm water for about 10-15 seconds to easily release the popsicles.

Notes
Ensure the cherry mixture is completely blended without any chunks for a velvety texture. Allow the popsicles to sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving to make removal easier.
