- In a medium mixing bowl, combine shredded cooked chicken, Caesar dressing, grated Parmesan cheese, and chopped romaine lettuce. Toss until well-coated and glossy, about 2–3 minutes.
- Lay a large flour tortilla flat and warm in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds, flipping halfway through.
- Spoon a quarter of the chicken Caesar mixture down the center of the tortilla, leaving space at the top and bottom. Spread the filling out evenly.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll tightly from the bottom to the top, keeping the filling snug.
- Cut each wrap in half diagonally if desired, and serve or wrap tightly for later.
