Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine shredded cooked chicken, Caesar dressing, grated Parmesan cheese, and chopped romaine lettuce. Toss until well-coated and glossy, about 2–3 minutes.
  2. Lay a large flour tortilla flat and warm in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds, flipping halfway through.
  3. Spoon a quarter of the chicken Caesar mixture down the center of the tortilla, leaving space at the top and bottom. Spread the filling out evenly.
  4. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll tightly from the bottom to the top, keeping the filling snug.
  5. Cut each wrap in half diagonally if desired, and serve or wrap tightly for later.
