- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a jelly roll pan by greasing it lightly with butter or baking spray and lining it with parchment paper.

- Stir in milk and vanilla extract until just combined.

- Let it cool for 5 minutes, then roll the cake with the parchment paper.
- Once fully cooled, unroll the cake and spread your chosen filling evenly before rolling it back up.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
