  • 1 cup cheddar cheese cubed, can substitute with mozzarella or pepper jack

  • 2 cups lettuce chopped, or use baby spinach
  • 1 cup lunch meat ham diced, can substitute with salami or grilled chicken
  • 1 cup lunch meat turkey diced, or leftover rotisserie chicken
For the Dressing
  • 1 cup mayonnaise can substitute with Greek yogurt
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning or use pre-made ranch dressing

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by bringing a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil over high heat. Add in approximately 8 ounces of tri-color pasta and cook for 8–10 minutes until al dente. Once cooked, drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. While the pasta cools, chop the cheddar cheese, bacon, ham, turkey, and tomato into bite-sized pieces. In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped lettuce, cooled pasta, and diced ingredients.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine 1 cup of mayonnaise and 1 packet of ranch seasoning. Stir until smooth.
  4. Pour the ranch dressing over the pasta and ingredients. Toss gently until everything is evenly coated.
  5. Transfer to an airtight container or cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight to let flavors meld.
  6. Before serving, taste and adjust seasoning with salt and black pepper. Serve chilled.
