Cooking Steps
- Heat sesame oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 30 seconds.
- Pour in broth and stir to combine with aromatics. Simmer for 2 minutes.
- Add frozen potstickers and cook according to package instructions, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add sliced mushrooms and spinach or bok choy in the last 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in soy sauce and rice vinegar. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Ladle soup into bowls and garnish with chopped green onions and chili oil if desired.
