Method
 

Directions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Peel and thinly slice 2 medium-sized Granny Smith apples.
  3. Melt 3 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium heat and add apples, ¼ cup brown sugar, and 1 teaspoon cinnamon; sauté for 5-7 minutes.
  4. In a large bowl, mix 1 cup of flour, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, and a pinch of salt; stir in 1 cup of milk and 2 beaten eggs.
  5. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with butter and spread the sautéed apple mixture evenly in the bottom.
  6. Pour the pancake batter over the apples and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Flip the pancake onto a plate and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
