Step-by-Step Instructions for Creamy Veggie Orzo
  1. Begin by finely chopping the broccoli and shredding the carrots to ensure they are toddler-friendly. Set aside.
  2. In a medium pot, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add broccoli, carrots, and minced garlic. Sauté for 5 minutes until softened.
  3. Pour in 1 cup of orzo and 4 cups of chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cook uncovered for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Once cooked, reduce heat to low and stir in 4 ounces of cream cheese and 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese. Mix well until creamy.
