- Prep garlic and chipotle peppers. Roast garlic for 15-20 minutes at 400°F (200°C). Chop chipotle peppers to desired spice.
- In a blender, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, chipotle peppers, roasted garlic, lime juice, smoked paprika, cumin, and salt. Blend until smooth.
