Step-by-Step Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 500°F (200°C) for broiling the lobster tails.
- Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut through the top shell of each lobster tail without cutting all the way down.
- Gently pull the lobster meat out of the shell, keeping it attached at the base, and lay it over the top of the shell.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine melted unsalted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, dried pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
- Generously brush the garlic butter mixture over each lobster tail, reserving some for serving later.
- Place the prepared lobster tails in the oven and broil for 6-8 minutes until the lobster is opaque and firm.
- Remove the lobster tails from the oven and serve immediately with the reserved garlic butter on the side.

Notes
For best results, monitor broiling time closely to avoid rubbery lobster meat. Use a thermometer to check doneness at 140-145°F. Store leftovers properly to maintain freshness.
