- In a blender or food processor, add silken tofu, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, oregano, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Blend on high speed for about 1-2 minutes until creamy.
- If too thick, gradually add a splash of cold water until desired smoothness is achieved.
- While blending, slowly drizzle in olive oil for richness. Blend for an additional 30 seconds.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with salt, pepper, or lemon juice.
- Transfer to a serving bowl, drizzle olive oil on top, and sprinkle with oregano.
- Serve with veggies or pita bread for dipping.
