Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a blender or food processor, add silken tofu, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, oregano, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Blend on high speed for about 1-2 minutes until creamy.
  2. If too thick, gradually add a splash of cold water until desired smoothness is achieved.
  3. While blending, slowly drizzle in olive oil for richness. Blend for an additional 30 seconds.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt, pepper, or lemon juice.
  5. Transfer to a serving bowl, drizzle olive oil on top, and sprinkle with oregano.
  6. Serve with veggies or pita bread for dipping.
