Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Coat the Sardines: Drain sardines and coat each one in the egg wash, then roll in the breadcrumbs.
  4. Preheat the Air Fryer: Set to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  5. Air Fry the Sardines: Arrange sardines in the basket, spray with oil, and cook for 4-5 minutes until golden.
  6. Flip and Finish Cooking: Flip sardines, spray oil again, and cook for another 4-5 minutes.
  7. Serve and Enjoy: Remove from air fryer, let cool slightly, and serve with your favorite dips.
