Ingredients

For the Chicken Tenders
  • 1 lb Chicken Tenders Select fresh for the best texture; if using frozen, ensure they are completely thawed and dried.
For the Coating
  • 1/2 cup Melted Butter This adds richness and moisture; you can also use clarified butter for a cleaner taste.
  • 1/4 cup Honey Adjust the amount based on your family's preference.
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced) Fresh garlic brings aromatic depth; garlic powder can be an emergency substitute.
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs (Panko) Provides that coveted crunch; regular breadcrumbs or crushed cornflakes can work as gluten-free options.
  • 1 tsp Salt Enhances all the flavors; sea salt is a delightful alternative.
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper For that mild heat; red pepper flakes can be a fun, spicy replacement.
  • 1 tsp Paprika Adds a hint of smokiness; smoked paprika introduces an extra flavor layer.

  • Air Fryer
