- Prepare the Filling by layering cooked vermicelli noodles, vegetables, protein, and herbs on the rice paper.
- Roll the rice paper tightly around the filling, tucking in the sides.
- Lightly brush or spray the rolls with oil.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 2–3 minutes.
- Arrange rolls seam-side down in the air fryer basket.
