Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Shape the Farls: Flour a clean surface, transfer dough, and flatten into an 8-inch round disc. Cut into 6 wedges.
  4. Fry the Farls: Heat a pan over medium heat, add 2 tablespoons of butter. Cook farls for about 5 minutes on one side until golden brown and crispy, then flip and cook for another 4-5 minutes.
