- Place chicken wings in a large bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle the spice mix over. Toss until coated.
- Let the wings sit for 30 minutes at room temperature, or refrigerate for an hour for better flavor infusion.
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the wings in a single layer. Lower oven temperature to 340°F (170°C) and bake for 50–60 minutes, flipping halfway.
