  • 1/4 cup Thai Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 1-2 tablespoons Sriracha Hot Sauce Adjust according to spice preference

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine the large shrimp, buttermilk, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Marinate for about 10 minutes.
  2. In a shallow dish, pour in the cornstarch and coat each marinated shrimp evenly. Shake off excess cornstarch.

  5. Whisk together the mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha in a large bowl.
