Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  2. In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with cornstarch and shake off excess. Spread in a single layer on the baking dish and bake for 10 minutes.
  3. Prepare the sauce by whisking water and cornstarch in a bowl, then mix in soy sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, black pepper, and chili flakes. Set aside.
  4. After 10 minutes, remove cauliflower from oven, pour sauce over, stir to coat, and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
