Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Process chopped cauliflower florets in a food processor for about 30 seconds until finely minced, resembling rice or small grains.
  2. Transfer minced cauliflower to a mixing bowl and add eggs, flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper, mixing until a paste-like consistency is reached.
  3. Shape the mixture into small patties about 1/3 inch thick, laying them gently on a plate.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat, adding enough avocado oil to coat the bottom. Fry the patties for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Transfer fritters to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil and serve warm with sour cream or your favorite dipping sauce.
