- In a large mixing bowl, combine the lump crab meat, seasoned breadcrumbs, and finely chopped fresh vegetables. Add seasonings and mix evenly.
- Place an egg roll wrapper in a diamond shape, add filling in the center, fold the bottom corner over, tuck in the sides, and roll tightly. Moisten edges to seal.
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan or pot to 350°F (175°C), ensuring perfect frying temperature.
