Preparation Steps

  2. Place an egg roll wrapper in a diamond shape, add filling in the center, fold the bottom corner over, tuck in the sides, and roll tightly. Moisten edges to seal.
  3. Heat oil in a deep frying pan or pot to 350°F (175°C), ensuring perfect frying temperature.
  4. Fry egg rolls in batches for 3 to 5 minutes, turning until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels. Serve warm with preferred dipping sauces.
