- Begin by shredding your cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces. Dice the cucumber, halve the cherry tomatoes, and finely chop the red onion. Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- In the mixing bowl, drizzle in the ranch dressing and gently fold the mixture together. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Warm your whole wheat tortillas in the microwave for about 10-15 seconds or on a skillet until pliable.
