Method
 

Baking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease your donut pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the egg and sugar until smooth. Add milk, yogurt, butter, and vanilla, then mix well.
  4. Gently fold the wet ingredients into the dry mixture until combined.
  5. Fill the donut pan about three-quarters full with batter.
  6. Bake for 9-10 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Cool the donuts in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
  8. Melt chocolate with cream and butter until smooth to make the glaze.
  9. Dip the cooled donuts into the glaze, allowing excess to drip off.
  10. Let the glazed donuts set for 10-15 minutes before serving.
