- In a blender, combine the frozen orange juice, frozen pineapple juice, coconut water, and a splash of coconut extract. Blend on medium speed for about 30 seconds, or until smooth.
- Add around 2 cups of ice to the blender and increase the speed to high. Blend for an additional 30 to 45 seconds until the ice is fully crushed.
- Pour the slushy mixture into tall glasses, filling them about two-thirds full. Slowly drizzle grenadine down the inside of each glass to create a layered effect.
- Garnish each glass with a slice of fresh pineapple and a cherry. Serve immediately with colorful straws.
