  • 1/2 teaspoon Smoked paprika optional

Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  2. Pat the cod fillets dry with paper towels and season with salt and black pepper.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and garlic. Stir in Parmesan, panko, parsley, and paprika until combined.
  4. Arrange the fillets in the baking dish and spoon the topping mixture over each, pressing gently.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, checking at 12 minutes for doneness.
  6. Remove from oven, let sit for a minute, and serve with lemon wedges.
