  1. Prepare Chicken: Slice the chicken breasts into thin cutlets. Whisk together the egg and milk, dip cutlets in the mixture, then coat with breadcrumbs and panko. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken cutlets for 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
