Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, around 400°F (204°C). Toss shrimp with olive oil, salt, pepper, and spices.
  2. Grill shrimp for about 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and cooked through.
  3. Lay a tortilla flat, then layer with romaine lettuce, grilled shrimp, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan cheese.
  4. Add optional bacon bits or croutons. Roll the tortilla tightly and slice in half.
  5. Serve on a plate, optionally with garlic butter potatoes or side salad.
