- In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped basil, parsley, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
- Add mini mozzarella balls to the marinade, gently tossing to coat each piece thoroughly.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the mozzarella marinate in the refrigerator.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Take refrigerated pizza dough and cut it into strips, twisting each into spirals.
- Mix melted butter with minced garlic, chopped parsley, and a pinch of salt.
- Brush garlic butter over each twisted breadstick.
- Bake the breadsticks in the preheated oven for 10–12 minutes until golden brown.
- Transfer burrata to a serving bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with black pepper.
- Artfully arrange the marinated mozzarella, burrata, garlic breadsticks, halved cherry tomatoes, and mixed olives on a platter.
- Garnish the board with fresh basil leaves.
