Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped basil, parsley, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Add mini mozzarella balls to the marinade, gently tossing to coat each piece thoroughly.
  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the mozzarella marinate in the refrigerator.
  4. Preheat your oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  5. Take refrigerated pizza dough and cut it into strips, twisting each into spirals.
  6. Mix melted butter with minced garlic, chopped parsley, and a pinch of salt.
  7. Brush garlic butter over each twisted breadstick.
  8. Bake the breadsticks in the preheated oven for 10–12 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Transfer burrata to a serving bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with black pepper.
  10. Artfully arrange the marinated mozzarella, burrata, garlic breadsticks, halved cherry tomatoes, and mixed olives on a platter.
  11. Garnish the board with fresh basil leaves.
