- Stir in almond butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract into the dry mixture. Mix well for about 2-3 minutes until a sticky mixture forms.
- Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
- Using a tablespoon, scoop out the mixture and roll it into compact balls, about the size of a golf ball. Place onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
