  • 2 tbsp fresh herbs and lemon juice
For Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika or regular paprika
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning or Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • to taste pepper
For the Sauce
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves minced garlic for sauce
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill

Step-by-Step Instructions for Stuffed Shrimp
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and gather your ingredients and baking sheet.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine deveined and butterflied shrimp with olive oil, smoked paprika, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and pepper; toss until well-coated.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix lump crab meat, cooked spinach, chopped artichokes, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, breadcrumbs, cheeses, minced garlic, and fresh herbs until creamy.
  4. Gently pack a spoonful of filling into each butterflied shrimp and arrange them on a lightly greased baking sheet.
  5. Bake the shrimp for 20-25 minutes or until pink and cooked through with golden tops.
  6. In a small saucepan, melt unsalted butter over medium heat, stir in minced garlic and fresh dill, and cook for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
  7. Drizzle the Garlic Butter Dill Sauce over the stuffed shrimp and serve warm.
