Pasta Ingredients
  • 8 oz whole wheat pasta
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
Vegetable Ingredients
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup bell pepper, diced
Seasoning Ingredients
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Boil pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add cherry tomatoes and bell pepper, cooking for 5-7 minutes until softened.
  4. Stir in spinach and cooked pasta, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  5. Toss well and cook for another 2 minutes before serving.
