- In a medium bowl, combine the crushed Golden Oreos with the melted butter until fully moistened. Press this mixture into the bottom of a 9x13-inch pan and refrigerate for 15 minutes to set.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, then add the powdered sugar and milk, mixing until fully incorporated. Fold in 1 cup of Cool Whip and spread over the chilled crust. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Boil 2 cups of water and stir in the jello powder until dissolved. Let it cool for about 10-15 minutes until slightly thickened. Pour over the cream layer and top with sliced strawberries. Chill for at least 1 hour.
- Spread the remaining Cool Whip over the jello layer. Decorate with additional sliced strawberries and chill for another 30 minutes.
- Once chilled, slice into squares and serve. Garnish with a sprig of mint if desired.
