- Start by crushing the entire package of Oreo cookies into fine crumbs; use a food processor or crush with a rolling pin in a zip-top bag.
- In a mixing bowl, combine 4 tablespoons of softened butter, 1 cup of powdered sugar, and 8 ounces of softened cream cheese. Blend until smooth and creamy—about 3 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together two packages of instant chocolate pudding mix and 3 ½ cups of milk until thickened—about 2 minutes. Fold in 12 ounces of Cool Whip.
- Gently fold the cream cheese mixture into the pudding mixture until smooth and uniform in color, which should take about 1-2 minutes.
