Ingredients

Wrap Ingredients
  • 1 cup Cooked Chicken Breast Shredded
  • 1/4 cup Caesar Dressing Store-bought or homemade
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated
  • 2 cups Romaine Lettuce Chopped
  • 2 large Flour Tortillas Or whole wheat/corn tortillas
  • 1/2 cup Celery Diced, optional

Equipment

  • Medium Bowl
  • sharp knife
  • damp cloth

Method

Preparation Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, shred the cooked chicken breast and add the creamy Caesar dressing, grated Parmesan cheese, and freshly chopped romaine lettuce. If desired, stir in diced celery for an extra crunch. Mix everything together until all the ingredients are evenly coated with the dressing.
  2. Lay a large tortilla flat on a clean, dry surface. Keep your tortilla warm by covering it with a damp cloth while you prepare the filling.
  3. Spoon a generous portion of the chicken Caesar mixture down the center of the tortilla, being careful not to overload it—about a third of the way in.
  4. To wrap the tortilla, begin by folding in the sides. Then, starting from the bottom, carefully roll the tortilla tightly towards the top.
  5. If desired, use a sharp knife to cut the wrap in half diagonally. Serve immediately or wrap in plastic wrap for later.
