  • 1 count Lemon Zest
  • 1 count Lemon Juice fresh
For the Topping
  • ½ cup Breadcrumbs panko recommended
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Chili Flakes for topping

  • to taste Parsley for garnish
  • to taste Grated Parmesan Cheese optional

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Cook the Pasta by boiling salted water, adding spaghetti, and cooking until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Prepare the Lobster by steaming or boiling the tails until bright red, then chop into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Sauté the Garlic in olive oil until fragrant and golden.
  4. Add Chili Flakes to the garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  5. Combine Ingredients by adding drained spaghetti and lobster to the skillet, seasoning with salt, pepper, zest, and juice of the lemon.
  6. Prepare Chili Breadcrumbs by sautéing breadcrumbs in olive oil until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Serve by plating the Lobster Spaghetti and topping with crispy chili breadcrumbs and parsley.
