  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice freshly squeezed is ideal
  • 1 clove Garlic fresh minced recommended
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley substitute 1 teaspoon dried herbs for 1 tablespoon fresh if necessary
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Chives fresh is best
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Dill use fresh for optimal taste
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly cracked

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash cucumbers, radishes, and red onion. Thinly slice cucumbers and radishes, and slice onion. Combine in a large mixing bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise and sour cream. Add lemon juice and minced garlic. Mix in chopped parsley, chives, dill, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour dressing over vegetables in the large bowl. Toss gently to coat.
  4. Cover the bowl and chill in the refrigerator for 15 to 30 minutes.
  5. Stir gently before serving. Serve in bowls or on a platter.
