- Wash cucumbers, radishes, and red onion. Thinly slice cucumbers and radishes, and slice onion. Combine in a large mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise and sour cream. Add lemon juice and minced garlic. Mix in chopped parsley, chives, dill, salt, and pepper.
- Pour dressing over vegetables in the large bowl. Toss gently to coat.
- Cover the bowl and chill in the refrigerator for 15 to 30 minutes.
- Stir gently before serving. Serve in bowls or on a platter.
