  3. Fry Fish: Carefully add the marinated sea bass to the skillet and fry for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.

  5. Add Green Onions: Stir in chopped green onions and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
  6. Combine: Return the fried sea bass to the skillet, drizzle with soy sauce and oyster sauce, and sprinkle sugar; toss to combine.
