  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning Use dried oregano or basil if unavailable
For the Onion Blossoms
  • 4 pieces Sweet Vidalia Onions Other sweet onions like Walla Walla can be used
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Chopped Parsley Can be omitted if desired

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your grill to a medium heat, around 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, cayenne pepper, and Parmesan cheese. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
  3. Peel the Sweet Vidalia onions, making vertical cuts three-quarters of the way down to create petal-like sections.
  4. Season the onions with salt, pepper, and brush with olive oil.
  5. Place the seasoned onion blossoms on the grill and cook for 15 to 20 minutes, turning halfway through.
  6. Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley, alongside the Spicy Parmesan dip.
