- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 400°F (200°C). Prepare the shrimp by patting them dry and seasoning with spices.
- Place the seasoned shrimp on the preheated grill. Grill for 2-3 minutes on each side until opaque and slightly charred.
- In a large bowl, add fresh romaine lettuce. Drizzle with Caesar dressing and toss until the leaves are well coated.
- Lay a warm tortilla flat and spoon a generous amount of the dressed romaine onto the center. Add sliced shrimp and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Wrap by folding in the sides of the tortilla and rolling tightly from the bottom up. Slice in half diagonally and serve immediately.
