  • 1 lb Shrimp fresh or frozen, thawed properly
  • 1 tbsp Seasoning such as garlic powder and paprika
For the Wraps
  • 2 cups Romaine Lettuce or substitute with spinach
  • 1/2 cup Caesar Dressing opt for light or dairy-free versions
  • 4 units Tortillas whole wheat or gluten-free options
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese or substitute with nutritional yeast
Optional Toppings
  • 1/4 cup Bacon Bits or croutons for added crunch

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 400°F (200°C). Prepare the shrimp by patting them dry and seasoning with spices.
  2. Place the seasoned shrimp on the preheated grill. Grill for 2-3 minutes on each side until opaque and slightly charred.
  3. In a large bowl, add fresh romaine lettuce. Drizzle with Caesar dressing and toss until the leaves are well coated.
  4. Lay a warm tortilla flat and spoon a generous amount of the dressed romaine onto the center. Add sliced shrimp and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  5. Wrap by folding in the sides of the tortilla and rolling tightly from the bottom up. Slice in half diagonally and serve immediately.
