Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Grinch Macarons
  1. Whisk together almond flour and powdered sugar in a medium bowl until thoroughly combined. Set aside.
  2. Beat egg whites with an electric mixer on medium speed until foamy. Gradually add granulated sugar and mix until stiff peaks form, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Gently fold in green food coloring until evenly distributed.
  4. Fold the almond flour mixture into the egg whites without deflating the batter.
  5. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
