Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash the baby potatoes thoroughly and cut them into halves or quarters.
  3. In a bowl, combine the prepared baby potatoes, cherry tomatoes, minced garlic, olive oil, oregano, black pepper, and salt. Toss until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish, spreading it out evenly, and place a block of feta cheese in the center.
  5. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  6. Once baked, stir the feta into the roasted potatoes and tomatoes.
