Step-by-Step Instructions for Chicken Zucchini Bake
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking dish by lightly greasing it with olive oil.
  2. In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add cubed chicken breast and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove from skillet.
