Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking sheet.
  2. Combine softened cream cheese and butter in a bowl and blend until smooth. Fold in shredded chicken, chives, minced onion, and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Unroll crescent roll dough and form rectangles by combining triangles. Ensure seams are well-pressed.
  4. Spoon filling into the center, fold corners over, and pinch seams to seal pillows.
  5. Dip each pillow into melted butter, then roll in breadcrumbs.
  6. Bake on a greased sheet for 22-25 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Prepare gravy by boiling cream of chicken soup, gravy mix, and water, then simmer until thickened.
  8. Serve Chicken Pillows topped with gravy.
